MedalMark is a medal engraving service operated by Millys Project, Peterborough, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Contact: contact@millysproject.co.uk
MedalMark provides professional laser engraving on personal running medals. You send us your medal, we engrave it and return it to you. The service includes:
When you submit an order and complete payment, you are entering into a binding contract with MedalMark for the engraving service. You must ensure all engraving details (name, time, event, date) are accurate before confirming, as errors you submit cannot always be corrected once engraving has begun.
Orders are confirmed by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of payment.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of ordering. Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of medals in your order.
You will select a collection date during checkout. A Royal Mail courier will attend your address on that date with a pre-printed label. You are responsible for ensuring the medal is securely packaged and ready for collection.
We will engrave your medal and return it via tracked Royal Mail delivery within 48 hours of receipt. Total turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from collection.
MedalMark is not liable for delays caused by courier services outside our control.
You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the medal(s) being sent to us and that you consent to them being engraved.
While we take every care, MedalMark cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage to medals, or damage caused by improper packaging by the customer. We strongly recommend wrapping medals securely in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope or small box.
You may cancel your order for a full refund before the courier has collected your medal. Once your medal has been collected, cancellation is not possible as the engraving service will have begun.
If we are unable to complete the engraving (e.g. unsuitable medal material), we will return your medal and issue a full refund.
If you are unhappy with the engraving due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your medal and we will do everything we can to make it right.
MedalMark's liability to you is limited to the total value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
